We are part of a large independent agency group serving Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Alabama and Georgia.

Sunstar Insurance Group, in 2017, acquired the property/casualty business from Simmons First Insurance. Sunstar Insurance of Arkansas also includes Henry Jordan of Helena.
The former Town and Country Insurance Agency in Jonesboro came on board in January 2018 from Stephens Insurance. Also added were the Matson Agency and the Todd Agency in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
Importantly, these added David Todd and Madonna Lee to the management team.

Mark Miller Insurance of Paragould joined the group in January 2021.
Tom Tull Insurance came into our Jonesboro office early in 2021 as well.

The CEO of Arkansas is Andrew Meadors. “A.B” is a 34 – year industry veteran and a Certified Risk Manager. Focusing on all fields of business and commercial insurance, A.B’s number one goal is to improve your “bottom line” through carefully designed protection and employing methods to lower the cost of risk. He takes pride on being accessible to his clients.
